Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is very simple:

If you cancel no later than the number of days specified at purchase, you can request a refund from your "My Account" area for a full refund, no questions asked.
Otherwise, you will be unable to request a refund from our website and must contact the company from which the purchase was made.

  • You can always contact the business from the "My Account" area where you find your reservation details.

  • Each business may have a different number of days in which you can cancel.

  • You can find the number of days in which you can make a cancellation in the shopping cart before you make a purchase as well as in your "My Account" area.

Note: Holiday periods often have a longer cancellation window, meaning that you can only cancel a purchase well in advance of the reservation date.
